To sort of stimulate site activity why not affiliate with more support boards, like RPGC and such? That way, there's more traffic. People are always looking for a lot of directory sites. And then for member interaction to keep up, you can always try make a games board, something to play like word games or whatever so that it can be a discussion board. Give people a reason to wanna stick around (:
